How can I redeem my points?
To turn points into a reward, you will need to follow the steps below:

Log into the rewards panel. Next, click on 'Ways to Redeem':
If you have enough points to unlock any of the rewards, you will see a ‘Redeem’ or 'View' button next to it.
Upon clicking ‘Redeem’, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to ‘Apply code’.
We recommend you to copy the code before clicking on ‘Apply code’. Sometimes the ‘Apply code’ button is not properly transferred into the shopping cart. The coupon code will also be sent to you by email.
Make your purchase as usual. Once you check out, you’ll find that the coupon code has been applied. If that’s not the case, paste the previously copied code into the Discounts box and ‘Apply’.
* Please note that the customer loyalty points redemption cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discount happening at the time.
* Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires. Points are not automatically returned to your account if a reward is redeemed and not used. If that happened to you, please contact us.
